The majority of our courses are organised for groups of 12 participants from the same organisation or department. However we get many individual requests and have some clients who prefer to have their staff attend regularly but in smaller numbers. Open courses are different because participants find themselves working with managers from different sectors, with entirely different job descriptions, almost certainly you will find some of them to be just like the people with whom you negotiate on a daily basis. Getting It Done!!

It is quite easy to see the problem of negotiators being involved in the deal, but not the act of putting the deal into practice. The sales team who are committed to delivering on their target may not be that concerned about what happens at the implementation stage, or worse leave it to others to pick up the pieces when they over-promise or throw everything in to get the signature on the paper.
